Volunteer Services

Volunteering at Florida Hospital East can be a fulfilling way to help our patients and staff while meeting new friends and learning about the medical field.  Applicants must be at least 15 years old.  If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering with us please follow these easy steps:

Register for orientation by calling 407-303-6797 or email Gerardo.sanabria@flhosp.org.

An interview will be held after orientation where placement and scheduling will be discussed.  Once we have agreed on a schedule, we will send you to get a TB test and drug screen.  Applicants may start upon completion of these tests.

A 100 hour commitment is required to be accomplished in one year from each volunteer.

Court ordered community service hours are not provided at Florida Hospital.

Orientation attendance does not guarantee acceptance or placement of volunteer program
