Florida Hospital Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation is dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual and psychological needs of individuals who, through injury or disease, have been limited in their ability to live full and active lives. Spanning multiple medical disciplines, our diverse team of physicians and specialists are highly experienced in addressing a wide range of sports and rehabilitation issues.

Through individualized treatment plans, which promote health and healing, we are able to care for the whole person as well as the injury or disease itself. And unlike most rehabilitation programs, we can begin or continue working with you as an inpatient of Florida Hospital, making your treatment as seamless, consistent and successful as possible.
