Your personalized pain management treatment plan begins with a complete diagnostic assessment. This valuable resource is used to create an appropriate wellness program that assists you in improving the quality of day-to-day activities and self-management skills. A treatment plan is developed specifically for each patient and is designed to manage, reduce or eliminate pain. 
 
A physician referral is required for patients to receive treatment at the Pain Medicine Center.
