Pre-Admission Services

The Pre-admission process is designed for your convenience.  Registration and the pre-surgery interview are conducted at Florida Hospital East Orlando and are coordinated to meet your needs and minimize travel time.  During this time, a member of the pre-admission team will collect your insurance information, perform necessary pre-admission testing, and review your pre-procedure checklist.  Please bring all papers that your surgeon gives you, as well as your insurance card and any other materials requested by our staff.

Same Day/Outpatient Surgery
