Brian Leung, MD, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Florida Hospital East OrlandoBrian Leung, MD

Dr. Leung completed his Orthopaedic Residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and is specialty trained in upper extremity disorders at the University of Florida, Gainesville.  His experience in orthopaedics and sports medicine allows him to focus on restoring function to patient's extremities, including muscles, ligaments, bones, tendons, joints and nerves, all of which are responsible for keeping the body in motion.  Dr. Leung treats all injured joints and sports injuries and has a special interest in hand surgery as well as elbow and shoulder reconstruction.  From overuse injuries to orthopaedic trauma, Dr. Leung has treated them all.

Dr. Agudelo is fellowship trained in both adult reconstruction and trauma research at the University of Colorado. Dr. Agudelo's training gives him the ability to treat general orthopaedic and sports-related conditions. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Colombian Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology. His specialties include minimally invasive joint replacement (hip & knee), anterior & posterior hip replacements, hip arthroscopy, femoral acetabular impingement, degenerative joint disease, osteoarthritis and tendonitis.

 

Sean McFadden, DO, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Florida Hospital East OrlandoSean McFadden, DO

Dr. McFadden is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and currently serves as the Chief of Surgery at Florida Hospital East Orlando.  He graduated from Michigan State Medical School and accomplished his fellowship training in sports medicine in Orlando, Florida. As a competitive triathlete, Dr. McFadden believes in the power of exercise for all ages.  He and his family participate in 5K, triathlon, and USA Swimming.  He is an eight time half Ironman finisher.  He is passionate about his specialty which allows him the opportunity to work with patients of every age.  Dr. McFadden is fluent in Spanish.

Gerald Bornstein, DPM, Orlando Podiatrist, Florida Hospital East Orlando

Jay Bornstein, DPM

Dr. Bornstein attended the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida prior to receiving his degree in podiatric medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Bornstein is a member of the AMPA and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is board certified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is also the director of the podiatric medicine and surgery training program for Florida Hospital East Orlando.

Dr. Joseph A. Conte is a licensed podiatric physician who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of all conditions of the foot and ankle. He completed the three-year reconstructive foot and ankle surgical residency program at Florida Hospital, where he performed over 1,500 surgical procedures. Dr. Conte has treated an assortment of conditions, ranging from bunions, hammertoes, and heel pain, to complex reconstructive foot and ankle repairs. Dr. Conte is trained in the latest surgical advances in both internal and external fixation. However, Dr. Conte's treatment philosophy is one where all medical treatment options are explored before surgery is considered.

 

 

Christopher Reeves, DPMChristopher Reeves, DPM

Dr. Christopher Reeves is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.  He completed his residency training in reconstructive foot, ankle, and lower leg surgery at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital (Pittsburgh, PA) and The Rubin Institute of Advanced Orthopedics (Baltimore, MD).

Dr. Reeves specializes in the treatment of all lower extremity pathology including Bunions, hammertoes, and heel pain.  He has specialized training and interest in complex foot and ankle reconstruction such as adult and pediatric flatfoot reconstruction, traumatic injuries to the lower extremity, deformity correction, diabetic limb salvage, and total ankle joint replacement.  Dr. Reeves performed the first total ankle joint replacement at Florida Hospital East Orlando.

Amber Shane, DPMAmber Shane, DPM

Dr. Amber Shane is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.  She completed her residency training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Florida Hospital East Orlando.  Dr.  Shane completed an AO International Trauma Fellowship in Dresden, Germany and an Ilizarov external fixation fellowship in Kurgan, Russia.
