Meet Our Florida Hospital East Orlando General Surgeons

General Surgery:

Ajmal Ali Baig, MD

Ajmal Ali Baig, MD is certified by the American Board of Surgery and possesses more than 5 years of surgical experience in laparoscopic, bariatric and general surgery.  Dr. Baig received his medical and surgical degrees from Dow University in Karachi, Pakistan and completed his general surgery residency at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers in Jamaica, New York. 

During his tenure at Saint Vincent, Dr. Baig was recognized by the Society for Laparoendoscopic Surgeons for outstanding performance in advanced laparoscopic surgery.  He later served a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic & Bariatric Surgery at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  Dr. Baig founded the Laparoscopic & Laser Surgery Center of Central Florida in 2005.  He is a member of the medical staff of Florida Hospital.  

Kenley Davis, MD

Board Certified General Surgeon Kenley Davis, MD joined Florida Hospital East Orlando in 2005.  Dr. Davis was recognized by consumers in 2008 and 2009 as one of Orlando's Top Doctors.  Earning his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC, Dr. Davis completed his surgical residency at Howard University Hospital.  He continued his training under the direction of Surgical Oncologist Lasalle D. Leffal, past president of the American Cancer Society.  As a result of this training, Dr. Davis has extensive experience in breast and abdominal surgery.
