Healing Begins Upon Arrival

Our hospital's “Entry to Care” welcomes patients and families to a calming and less clinical atmosphere intended to appeal to mind, body and spirit, allowing patients to focus on their healing experience.

As patients and families enter the hospital, they find themselves on a “Healing Boulevard” featuring easily accessible outpatient services including Imaging, Cardiology, Respiratory Services, Sleep Center, and Laboratory, as well Patient Financial Services and Pre-Admission Testing.

Patient Rooms: Private & Welcoming

There’s no place like home, but Florida Hospital East Orlando patient rooms, designed to appeal to the mind, body and spirit, offer a quiet and welcoming atmosphere for recovery.

Each room is conveniently located off of a centralized nurses’ station, with a smaller nurses’ station outside of the patient room allowing nurses and physicians to more easily document and track a patient’s progress.

Believing that visitors are an essential part of the healing process, the “family” living room area was designed to better accommodate family and friends with a sofa that converts to a bed, for one overnight guest.

At Your Service

Our Customer Service Concierge team greets and assists patients as they arrive and even escorts patients to their destination. Answering questions about the hospital and helping visitors find their loved ones, are all in a days work for the Customer Service Concierge team.

Please note that after 9:00 p.m. visitors will need to enter the hospital through the Emergency Department entrance.
